How to hyperlink email address in OpenOffice Writer and MS Words

How to make your letter reciever easy to contact you using the email address in your letter or CV. One of the best way is that you can insert a hyperlink to your email address. When mouse moving on your email address, a notice will pop out to tell people how to do next. I'll take MS Words and OpenOffice Writer as examples to show how to make a hyperlink.

First, I'll show you how to insert a hyperlink in OpenOffice Writer. Find "Insert" from top menu bar and click it. Then the menu will drop down.
Find "Hyperlink" out and click it, then a dialogue will show up.
Choose "Mail & News" option and put your email address into "Reciever" and "Text" box as following example
Finally push "Apply" button to excute it. You'll will see the result.

In MS Words is very simillar to OpenOffice Writer. First find "Insert" from top menu bar and click it. Then the menu will drop down.
 Find "Hyperlink" out and click it, then a dialogue will show up.
